WHEN ATHLETIC COUNCILMAN BILL KNIGHT came east from Rockford, I11.,a year ago, Classmate Art Lewis took theoccasion to throw a party at his estate inMedfield, Mass. Reports are that Art didright well by his classmates, showing themover his rolling acres and adding a fewartificial rolls where needed. He demonstrated his riding horses and polo poniesto a group that would rather ride thanwalk, though none (except Art) professedequestrian ability. By late afternoon everything was rolling briskly, and Art thenrolled his guests in blankets, assured themthey were all wild Indians, and called forwah-hoo-wahs and a pow-wow. His photographic record of the affair shows: left toright, standing (with difficulty) AttorneyHoward Cowee of Worcester, Attorney Joseph J. Donahue of Boston, Attorney William D. Knight of Illinois, Attorney JohnCorcoran of Boston, Schoolmaster DickLunt of Providence, and Attorney PercyGleason of Boston. The preponderence ofbarristers is striking.
