Aviation Associate

PROF. FRANCIS J. NEEF, director of the Personnel Bureau, has recently been appointed an Associate Member of the Naval Aviation Cadet Selection Board for the First Naval District, covering all of New England except Connecticut. In this civilian capacity, he will serve as liaison officer between the Board and Dartmouth College, continuing with official Navy recognition the helpful work which he has performed in the past.

Two other Dartmouth men serving as Associate Members of the Naval Aviation Cadet Selection Board for the First Naval District are Donald G. Mix '21 of Worcester, Mass., and Fred L. Laird '19 of Montpelier, Vt., both of whom served as naval aviators in the last war with the rank of ensign. Mr. Mix is secretary of the Dartmouth Club of Worcester.
