WITH THIS ISSUE of the DARTMOUTH ALUMNI MAGAZINE HerbertF. West '22 joins the staff as associateeditor. He has for some years writtenour monthly page "Hanover Browsing" and is widely known amongalumni as professor of comparativeliterature. A new department beginning this month, and edited by Mr.West, is "'Round the Girdled Earth,"wherein letters from alumni in thearmed forces are published. The original letters will be added to BakerLibrary's collection of Dartmouthwar letters.
