FRATERNITY SCHOLARSHIP HONORS have again gone to Pi Lambda Phi, it was disclosed during the past month upon release of first-semester averages by Registrar Robert O. Conant '13. The winning average of 2.949 was well ahead of Delta Upsilon's 2.546 and Sigma Alpha Epsilon's 2.545.
Non-fraternity men in College held their customary lead over fraternity men, 2.581 to 2.368. The general average for the three upper classes was 2.432. The figure for the entire College was brought down to 2.272 by the freshman average of 1.880, one of the lowest on record.
