WILLIAM J. MINSCH '07, of Montclair, N. J., was re-elected for a second five-year term as an alumni trustee of the College at the recent meeting of the Board of Trustees in New York City.
Mr. Minsch, who is the head of the investment banking firm of Minsch, Monell & Company of New York, has been prominent in Dartmouth affairs for many years as president of the Dartmouth Alumni Association of New York, as a member of the Alumni Council, and as chairman of the Alumni Fund Committee.
Following his graduation from Dartmouth College in 1907, he attended the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration and received his M.C.S. degree from there in 1908. He held a position with the United Fruit Company of Guatemala and was sales manager for the bond firm of Lee, Higginson & Company prior to setting up his own firm in 1920. He is director of the Gorman Company, former president of the Bond Club of New York, and director of Revenue and Finance on the Town Commission of Montclair.
