ATTENDANCE HAS BEEN picking up at the weekly luncheon meetings at the Annapolis Hotel since the weather has cooled down a little. However the number of members of the younger classes present continues to decline, probably because the Club has lost most of its faithful spark-plugs and class shepherds in those classes.

Those members of the Club who hopefully attempt to keep the roster in order feel like the pivot in a revolving door trying to see both streams of traffic at once. Changes in the mailing list this Summer include 48 removals, 55 changes in address and 60 new members, which figures we submit to Mr. Dewey for what they are worth in indicating an increase in Washington bureaucracy.

According to our records the following have come to town since the first of August:

Charles H. Armes '34, Robert C. Biesel Jr. '3l, Lt. Arthur C. Brown '30, John Carden '20, George E. Carey '27, W. Bradford Chase '36, Capt. Raymond B. Collerd '17, Edward C. Crafts '32, George K.
