O'Connor Reports Trip

Basil O'Connor 'l2, Chairman of the American National Red Cross, has reported in a moving and informal style on what he saw and heard on his recent inspection tour of American Red Cross facilities in Great Britain, France and Italy. His report, titled Salute to You, has been published in booklet form with illustrations by the American Red Cross. Though it takes but a few minutes to read, Chairman O'Connor's report accomplishes very decidedly his purpose in writing it which was to convey to the Red Cross workers at home and friends of the organization a complete picture of what the Red Cross means to our soldiers and supplement the impressive statistics on the Red Cross's work with his personal descriptions of the organization in action.
