Council Meeting

THE FALL MEETING of the Alumni Council was held November 20 and 21 at the Dartmouth Club in New York, with Karl W. Koeniger '17 of Newark, N. J., president, presiding. Speakers were President Dickey, John W. Hubbell '21 of New York, , who gave a progress report on the Hopkins Center Project of which he is national chairman, and Sidney C. Hayward '26, Secretary of the College, who reported on the newly created Public Relations Council and its plans for enlarging its alumni advisory committee.

A discussion on procedure for interviewing applicants for admission by alumni committees was led by Eugene Hotchkiss '28 of Chicago. Participating in this discussion were Albert I. Dickerson '30, director of admissions, and Edward T. Chamberlain Jr. '36, assistant director of admissions.
