DURING THE PAST month three additional appointments to the Dartmouth Medical School faculty were announced by President Dickey. They were Dr. Andrew Yeomans and Dr. Morris L. Heller '35, both on the staff of the Medical School's affiliated teaching institution, the Veterans Administration Hospital in White River Junction, Vt., and Dr. Walter B. Crandall '34, of Bronxville, N. Y., formerly instructor in surgery at the New York University School of Medicine.

Dr. Yeomans was named assistant professor of medicine, Dr. Heller instructor in the physiological sciences, and Dr. Crandall assistant professor of clinical surgery. Dr. Crandall will also be chief of the surgical service at the VA Hospital.

A native of Claremont, N. H., Dr. Heller graduated from the Boston University School of Medicine after receiving his degree at Dartmouth.

Born in Chicago, Dr. Yeomans attended Stanford University and Harvard University and received his medical training at the Harvard Medical School. He is a former clinical director of the U. S. Typhus Commission Research Ward, Cairo, Egypt.

Dr. Crandall is a graduate of the New York University Medical School. Following his internship at the Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, he was assistant in surgery at Phillips House, Boston.
