Tommy Keane took a promising group of golfers south this spring vacation, after they had spent several weeks sharpening their eyes in the cage. Those of our readers who make with the mashie will realize that such a complete absence of outdoor practice is not conducive to immediate proficiency on the course. But that has been an old story with Dartmouth golf teams and the boys will have to do their best again. The group consists of Captain Bill Tarlow, Dick Leggat, Bill McMahon and Bill Pruden from last year's aggregation, and Scotty Probasco, Dave Bull, and Bob Hebard from last year's freshmen. It is still too early to tell much about this group, but their potentialities appear considerable.
