Coach Red Hoehn has been grooming his racketeers for another winter on the courts. Playing at number 1 is Tommy Ringe, with either Izzy Stahl or Dave Kurr taking the number a spot and the other playing at number 3. Then come Captain Mike McGean in number 4, with Stan Feldberg, John Van Raalte, Dean Cameron, Pete Irving, and Parton Keese following in that order. Following three preseason matches in Boston the team lost to Harvard, 8-1, and then evened its intercollegiate record with a 6-3 win over Amherst. The bulk of the important contests are yet to come.
