On the subject of arrivals, the Secretary announces the birth of a second great granddaughter, Suzanne Elizabeth Rowe, on December 6, 1948, child of Richard B. Rowe and Elizabeth Rowe of Atlanta, Ga.
By this time it is a story of the past that through the indisposition of Ned and AmyTewksbury Ninety-One received a New Year's greeting card as the Tewksburys had recovered a little too late to make a Christmas offering. Glad for their thoughtfulness.
On December 15, Stanley suffered the loss of his wife following a period of poor health. Our memories of Mrs. Stanley are of an outstanding cultured woman. The sympathy of our class certainly goes out to Stanley.
Mrs. Paul Carson died suddenly on January 31 of a heart attack following a period of about two months' confinement to a hospital as a result of a fracture of the spine caused by a fall. A gracious woman who liked to be associated with the class of Ninety-One.
