Kenneth M. Henderson 'l6, recently attending a banquet honoring him for thirty years of service with Ditto, Inc., watched a play, enacted by employees, in which any man would have liked to take the leading role. Showing Mr. Henderson's career in the Ditto company from the day he was hired up to the present time—he now holds the position of President—the production gave some idea of the humor, difficulties and hard work entailed in reaching the top brackets in a big company. There is hardly a job in the corporation that Mr. Henderson has not covered and his unswerving devotion and perseverance in understanding all aspects of the business have been influential in its development from a small to a large internationally known concern.
At the conclusion of the banquet Mr. Henderson received a plaque testimonial of appreciation and a present of the latest in photographic equipment, as well as the good wishes of the two hundred employees present.
Besides his business career, Mr. Henderson has been active in Red Cross drives in Winnetka, where he lives, and has served as vice chairman of the Budget Committee of the Chicago Community Fund, and as chairman of the Board of the Duncan Y.M.C.A. He has a daughter Ann and a son Pete, who is at present a junior at Dartmouth.
