Coach of the Year
Tommy Dent was signally honored last month when he received the Coach of the Year Award from the National Soccer Coaches Association in New York City, January 19. He has been soccer coach at Dartmouth since 1924 and lacrosse coach since 1927, turning out consistently good teams in both sports. He formerly served as president of the Association which honored him last month.
