On Friday evening, February 12, over fifty alumni representing the Naugatuck Valley Dartmouth Alumni Association met for a dinner meeting at Diorio's Restaurant in Waterbury, Conn. After a brief business meeting, the diners were addressed by Dartmouth's very popular swimming coach, Karl B. Michael '29, who impressed the group with his wide knowledge of College affairs.

The fact that this was one of the best attended meetings we have had in fifteen years paid high tribute to "Dartmouth's Most Winning Coach." Among our guests were local high school swimming coaches and swimmers. President Bill English '41 presided and introduced the speaker.

DARTMOUTH PROSPECTS: The Long Island Club, with Coach Tuss McLaughry (center) as guest, entertained 18 boys interested in attending Dartmouth, at a meeting on February 25.
