A highly successful season was brought to an end on May 6 with the Annual Meeting. Twenty-one members and wives were present. Many others would have been there, but the north had called the "Snow Birds" home. Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton Gibson '97 took the honors for the oldest class represented, but were pushed by Col. Frank Halliday '01, Mr. andMrs. Fred Guardineer '03 and Don Cheney '11.

New officers for the coming year were elected as follows: Directors - Sanford Robinson '25, Louis W. Ingram '26, Morgan Price '39; President - Richard H. Proctor '43; Vice President - Hugh W. Schwarz 40; Secretary-Treasurer - Jack Zimmer '42.

Mike Price, out-going president, reviewed the year's activities and pointed out that the area had developed two candidates for the freshman class and the Club boasted a satisfactory bank balance.

After an excellent dinner the group en- joyed a showing of Snow Holiday. For most of us the days of "slalom and sitzmark' are gone but seeing the Varsity Ski team in action was a thrill.
