Cap Pierce, the one and only classmate who corresponds fairly regularly with the secretary, writes to tell what a wonderful thing TV has been this past winter for the fellows who are 3000 miles away from Hanover. First the Winter Carnival, then Olympic hockey finals at Squaw Valley, the General Electric College Bowl Quiz and recently the Rugby game at West Point.
Has anyone heard anything from our wandering boy, Max Hartmann? Sure hope he is not in Korea or South Africa.
The Joe Cushings and their dog are now back in their summer home in East Orleans, Mass.
Grace and Con Chellis are back in Meriden, N. H., after their long cold winter in St. Petersburg, Fla.
While Tommy Connell is not making very many midnight calls on sick patients, he still spends a lot of time and energy tending his tomatoes and onions.
Your class officers, Walt Powers, Norm Russell, Art Chapin and myself held an informal meeting in Hanover, May 13, to discuss the program for our 55th Reunion in 1961. Be sure to keep this in mind for we want a good attendance. In the fall you will be hearing from the president.
