The Dartmouth Club Officers Association last month at its annual Hanover meeting honored Brad Kingman '25, president of the Dartmouth Club of the Seacoast Region (New Hampshire), as Club President of the Year. The following citation was read by J. Michael McGean '49, Associate Secretary of the College:

Your professional and semiprofessional relationship to education and the College since your graduation makes Dartmouth very proud of whatever credit you might allow her to claim for your later successes. You have been a high school principal, a college dean, and the headmaster of two schools s the most recent being the well-known Pembroke Country Day in Kansas City. Now, and with characteristic speed, you have become a leading banker in the state of New Hampshire.

Your family has been followed in its travels by the Dartmouth family, as evidenced by the fact that in 1946 you were President of the Kansas City Dartmouth Club, in 1956 the Worcester Dartmouth Club, and now the New Hampshire Seacoast Dartmouth Club. It goes without saying that you must know what you're doing or, otherwise, a mighty large gang of Dartmouth men know not what they are doing!

It all started back on September 21, 1921 in Room 1 New Hampshire Hall. And now in 1961 with 31 years of service to Dartmouth and the educational world we find you are the only one to ever hold the presidency of three Dartmouth clubs. Little wonder that you have been selected for our accolade as the one and only Club President of the Year!
