Milwaukee

Late this spring there was a fine Dartmouth meeting at Green Bay attended by alumni from all over the state. The Dartmouth Alumni Association of Wisconsin held its Annual Picnic the afternoon and evening of August 24, 1963 on Pine Lake at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Mayer '55. Approximately 35 wives, dates, and undergraduates were present for a most enjoyable day of eating, swimming, singing, and good Dartmouth fellowship. A great deal of thanks is owed the Mayers for the invitation to use their lovely home and grounds. They have been most gracious about this for the past several years.

Dartmouth alumni were invited to join the Cornell, Amherst, and Williams Clubs at the Chenequa Country Club near Pine Lake for a Dinner Dance on Saturday, August 17. Cocktails were served at 6:30 p.m., dinner at 8:30 p.m., and continued until 1:00 a.m. A number of Dartmouth couples were present.

An informal Dartmouth luncheon is scheduled every Wednesday noon at the Milwaukee Athletic Club, 758 North Broadway. Everyone is welcome and there are always enough alumni present for a large table or two.
