At the monthly meeting on July 16, Joseph Y. Cheney '13 showed part of his collection of slides which he had taken as an undergraduate. They depicted scenes and founders of the Outing Club of which Joe was one. To the writer, the first cabin was really a shack, but later ones were very nice. Ski jumping form in those days was upright. It was an interesting collection and we thank Joe.

In spite of summer doldrums we had two new members who are now residents in the neighborhood: Colonel Charles M. Townsend and Eugene R. Sullivan, both of the Class of '27.
