Nine '28 class officers attended the annual Class Officers' Weekend in Hanover on May 7 and 8. You were represented by George Davis, Craig Haines, Bill Marx. Art Kneerim. Curly Prosser, John Phillips, Bill Morton, Herb Sensenig, and Os Skinner, and all wives, with the exception of Peggy Phillips who was on a cruise to Greece.

Prexy George Davis called the 28 officers together in Reed Hall for a meeting which took three hours to cover a full agenda. The annual mini-reunion will be the weekend of the Colgate game, October 1 and 2. Herb Sensenig has arranged with the Norwich Inn to hold 25 rooms on reserve until August 20. Herb and Mimi will also be hosting the usual Friday night party at their house. Art Kneerim will have a reminder about the weekend in the '2B Campaigner,'' but don't put off mailing your $25 deposit. Incidentally, congratulations arcin order for Art, who was made president of the Clais Newsletter Editors' Association during Class Officers' Weekend.

In addition, a preliminary report on plans for our 55th reunion on June 10, 11, and 12. 1983, was given by Curly Prosser and John Phillips. This took up most of the meeting, with the emphasis being on having a wellplanned, interesting program and a record attendance. Other officers reported on the affairs of the class, including the news that the College has so far received a total of S 19,500 through

Dick Learnard's bequest, with a further distribution coming. Dick died March 4, 1980. The Friday evening and Saturday meetings were as interesting and informative as usual, with the highlight being the opportunity to hear President David McLaughlin 54 talk to us at the Friday night meeting at Spaulding Auditorium.

In response to our request for the names of "28ers with Dartmouth grandchildren, we have two replies so far. C. C. Hart says: Attended my granddaughter s June 1980 graduation in Hanover. Wright, graduated with the class of 1981, and we had the three generations present Roger Sundeen '28 and my husband, class of 1952.
