Cool College

"Dartmouth College has taken an aggressive stance in teaching all students not just computer-science majors the elements of computing." That is how Rolling Stone described the College in a story titled "Cool Schools." Language study was another strong program praised by the magazine. Important areas where the Big Green did not rank in first place: skiing (the University of Colorado at Boulder got the nod), partying (University of Texas at Austin), and surfing (University of California at Santa Barbara.)
