Now the Hanover Po' is all hot and bothered about free-range campus dog and says you can't bark for more than half an hour straight or it's a 25-buck fine, 50 bucks if you get caught twice. You can't even friggin' growl at a jogger or chase a bicycle or bother some clown wearing those damn rollerblades or we're talking 50 or a hundred bucks. If you get together with a couple or three of your buds, well,that really gets their goat. Bite somebody whatever the provocation and you gotta do the time. But here's the biggest laugh of all: Can you imagine any of the brothers following us around town with little plastic baggies? I mean, get real!"
