Anja, widow of Bill Bury, reports that she spends time visiting her mother. Also very busy studying computer uses. Charley Cole says that despite only spending two years attending Dartmouth, he still feels very much a part of it. He is going to move to Virginia and retire there. Spoke to Doc Cornthwaite He says he is still hanging in there and getting as much as he can out of life. Muriel Hattenback says that Monnie is in hospice and failing, says he is still hanging in there and getting as much as he can out of life.

Great conversation with Mac Feinberg. I recalled to him how much I admired his wonderful smooth golf swing and to my great surprise he told me it was self-taught, but then again, who among us had parents with enough money to pay for golf lessons? We discussed the new book written by Bob Reich and had a long discussion about John Bolton. Mac still has a wonderful outlook on life.

Lou Bookheim called to say he is still okay. Reads The New York Times and the San Diego paper every morning and then to the gym. Bill Adams says that he estimates that there are about 75 of us still alive. I think that is pretty darn good. Get in touch with me so I can broadcast who and where you are. Those of you who are able to, try to attend the get-togethers of your local alumni club. If you don't, you are missing a very worthwhile and enjoyable experience. I attend every function of our club here in Orange County and would not miss one for the world. I cherish the many Dartmouth good friends I have made and you will too if you make the effort. The best of everything for the New Year.
