After a month in Holland, he is now at work in the British Museum. The October number of the Harvard Theological Review contains an article of his, "Calvin's Programme for a Puritan State in Geneva, 1536-1541," and his present work is upon the next stage of his study, the struggle to establish a puritan state In Geneva, 1541-1555. During the year he expects to spend some time in Oxford and Geneva.
Edwin A. Bayley, whose home is in Lexington, Mass., has been elected a member of the house of representatives of that state.
