William T. Bell, who is in the employ of the Page Belting Company, Concord, N. H., was recently married to Miss Margaret Dudley Sargent.

Ephraim J. Smith has been appointed private secretary to Congressman-elect Frank Plumley of Northfield, Vt., and began his duties February 1.

Eugene G. Smith, who is a member of the senior class in Boston University Law School, has been appointed by the faculty speaker of the University legislature, which is the most prized of all the student appointments.
