Last weekend we traveled up to Yale to see our team defeat the much publicized Bulldogs. This they did in grand style. Unfortunately because of the pouring rain no one was moving around very much and I wasn't able to see many '48's although I am sure Pete and Marian Page and some of the other New Haveners were there. I did catch a glimpse of Alan and Sally Epstein who recently left their Manhattan apartment for the country and are now living on Sunnyridge Road in Harrison, N. Y.
Another who recently moved to the country but this time nearer his work is Riley Franklin. Riley is a senior industrial engineer with McDonnell Aircraft outside of St. Louis. At last John and Theresa Conlin had a boy. After having four daughters John C. was born on August 6. It pays to keep trying, doesn't it, John? John works in Washington as a trial lawyer for the Federal Communications Commission.

Anyone interested in insurance who lives on Long Island can call Bud Carroll. Bud is secretary-treasurer of Carroon-Carroll insurance brokers in Garden City. He and Mary Louise and their three children live at 147 Anstice Street, Oyster Bay, Long Island.
I guess all of us would like to tell the boss how to run his business. Well, the employees of Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Company in East Hartford have an opportunity to do just that. And Frank Walsh is in charge of investigating their suggestions. His home is in nearby Cromwell, Conn. He and Alice have four children, aged eleven down to one-year-old Christopher.

He does basic research in Physiology and Behavior. Jack's new home address is Pleasant Street, Marshfield Hills, Mass.
We don't have room for any more this month but I will be back with more news after Santa Claus arrives. In the meantime Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you '48's and '48lets. I promise that early in '60 your directory will arrive.
