THE GERRY BEQUEST

By the provisions of the will of Edwin Peabody Gerry '69, filed last June, Dartmouth will eventuaĺy receive funds sufficient to erect a building for college purposes. At the same time Harvard will receive $5000 for the foundation of a scholarship for first year medical students. Doctor Gerry received his medical training from Harvard, taking his M.D. in 1874, and up to the time of his death was a physician in Jamaica Plain, Mass.
