Green Jottings

The Dartmouth Rowing Club is hard at work again with all crews now training for the largest and toughest schedule faced by any Dartmouth crew. Some 150 freshmen turned out for the sport and are currently working out on a new 16-oared barge built especially for the Rowing Club.

Three brother combinations are now active in Dartmouth sports with the Klapper twins, Stu and Stan, playing guard on the football team; Egil and Bernt Stigum as sparkplugs of the varsity soccer squad; and Tom and Alan Booth — Tom on the football team and Alan as a member of the Dartmouth crew.
