Dartmouth Defeats Tech in Track

Following the victory over Harvard, Dartmouth's track team accomplished the expected on Friday, May 12, by defeating Boston Tech in a meet held in Hanover. At the close of the meet Dartmouth had gained 81 points to her opponents 45. It was, perhaps, the fastest meet ever seen in Hanover; three Dartmouth records were broken and two more equaled. Noyes ran the mile in 4.28, and Ball the two mile in 10.4 2-5 ; while Lovejoy broke another local record by putting the shot 41 feet, 8% inches. Summary of'points is as follows:
