The contest was marked by aggressive work on both sides. At the end of the first half, the score stood 11-11. Dartmouth's team was far better than had been expected.

DARTMOUTH 17—PENNSYLVANIA 20

The play was hard and fast at all times. Pennsylvania showed excellent defensive power. Dartmouth's passing was good, although many chances to score were thrown away.

DARTMOUTH 17—CORNELL 30

Although Dartmouth was defeated, the game was very fast throughout the whole. Cornell could not be stopped, having a superior team.
