Rev. Charles C. Merrill, late apportionment secretary of the National Council of Congregational Churches, has become division secretary for New England of the Laymen's Missionary Movement, which has charge of the united missionary campaign conferences throughout the country.

Rev. Walter H. Rollins, D.D., late of Waterloo, lowa, became October 1, president of Fairmount College, Wichita, Kans.
