Dr. Harry Gates Bullard died at St. Johnsbury, Vt.,. Jan. 3, of hemorrhage of the stomach, after an illness of several weeks. He was the son of Dr. Gates Bezaleel Bullard, a graduate of the Medical School in 1855, and was born in St. Johnsbury, Jan. 22, 1866.

After graduating from St. Johnsbury Academy in 1886, he studied medicine for two years at the University of Vermont. For a year he was in the employ of the Vermont Marble Company at Proctor, and then completed his medical course at Dartmouth.

For a year he practiced in Denver, Colo., and then returned to his native town, where he had a large and successful practice.

He was a Mason, being a member of Passumpsic Lodge, Palestine Commandery, and Cairo lemple. Dr. Bullard was unmarried.
