VERMONT ASSOCIATION

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth. Alumni Association of Vermont was held at the Montpelier Country Club, Friday evening, March 51 Owing to professional engagements, Dr William Stickney '00, the president of the Association, was unable to be present, and David S. Conant '91 presided.

The following officers were elected for the year ensuing: President. Fred L. Laird '84, of Montpelier; secretary, William R. McFeeters '05, of Enosburg Falls; treasurer, Vernon A. Doty '92, of Montpelier.

The speakers at the dinner were: His Excellency Charles W. Gates, governor of Vermont; President Ernest Fox Nichols; Professor E. J. Bartlett '72; W. B. C. Stickney '96, honorary; Stephen S. Cushing '06; George W. Wing '66; J. Read Pember '62. Governor Gates was elected an honorary member of the Association.
