Mrs. Delia R. (Ranney), wife of Hon. Alfred S. Hall, died at their home on Summit Avenue, Winchester, Mass., February 3, 1916, after a long and painful illness. She was a rare woman, of the efficient, self-sacrificing type so characteristic of New England.
