The annual meeting of this Association, held at the Crown Hotel, Providence, on the evening of April 10, was an enthusiastic gathering of Dartmouth men.

The principal speaker was Professor Homer E. Keyes '00, business director of the College, who paid a tribute to the administration of President Nichols, described the present condition and prospects of the College, and made clear the attitude of the College to military preparedness. The other speakers were Walter E. Ranger, state commissioner of public education, a graduate of Bates, and Rev. Russell D. Evans, an Amherst man. President Nathan W. Littlefield served as toastmaster. Max E. Bernkopf '16 spoke for the undergraduates.

Resolutions were passed expressing appreciation of the services of President Nichols and regret at his retirement, and in memory of the late Dr. Simeon Hunt '62.

The following officers were elected: president, Nathan W. Littlefield '69; vice-president, Dr. James B. Gerould '78; secretary, Fletcher P. Burton '10; treasurer, Edward G. Carr '97.
