FOUR QUARTER SYSTEM UNDER DISCUSSION
June 1917

The plan of operating the College under a system of four quarters, rather than in two semesters as at present, which was proposed to the Trustees at their last meeting by President Hopkins, is now being considered by the faculty. It has been discussed informally by a group of the faculty and is now under discussion by the Committee on Instruction and by the various departments of the College. A more extended statement regarding the plan will be presented in the August number of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE.
