Estate of General Edmund Hayes

Following a statement by the President in relation to the Estate of General Edmund Hayes it was

Voted that the Treasurer be authorized to negotiate with the Executors or other persons for a settlement of any questions arising out of, or incidental to, the settlement of the Estate of General Edmund Hayes, in which the College and the University of Buffalo are named as residuary legatees; and in person or through representatives to execute any agreements which may be necessary or desirable to put such settlement into effect.
