The Boston Globe of January 21 prints an interview with Nathaniel W. Ladd, the occasion of the interview being the fact that Mr.

Ladd lives in the building at 56 Pemberton Square, Boston, in which is his law office. He studied law in Pemberton Square after graduation from Dartmouth, and has worked and lived in the Square ever since, having bought the house in 1885. Formerly a good many lawyers lived in that section, but he is the last to remain. At 75 years of age, he is still active in practice.
