"Uncovering a Varied Market and Covering It" by Mr. Albert W. Frey has been published as a loose leaf pamphlet of 38 pages by the Vermont Allied Dailies. This investigation by Mr. Frey was undertaken at the invitation of a representative group of daily newspapers in Vermont. In this report the author has undertaken an inquiry in the buying facts and buying habits, trade channels and reading habits of the State of Vermont. During the investigation many men throughout the state were interviewed. The information contained in this report is the most authoritative available regarding the Vermont market.

Mr. Stuart A. Rice is the author of "The Political Vote as a Frequency Distribution of Opinion," reprinted from the Quarterly publication of the American Statistical Association for March, 1924. The same magazine also contains an article by Mr. Rice, "Note on the Census Categories, 'Urban' and 'Rural.' "

The March issue of the Journal of Social Forces contains an article entitled "William Jennings Bryan as a Social Force," written by Messrs. Stuart A. Rice and Malcolm M. Willey. It is based on the visit of Mr. Bryan to Dartmouth, and is an expansion and more critical treatment of material originally published in an article in the New York Times.

The May-June issue of the AmericanReview contains an article, "The Ku Klux Klan and the Democratic Tradition," by Professor John M. Mecklin.

"On the Naiades of Long Island, New York," by Professor William Grier, has been reprinted from the November, 1923 issue of the American Midland Naturalist. The issue of the same magazine for March, 1924, contains another article by Professor Grier on ' Premedical Education with a Special Reference to the View Point of Class A. Medical Schools."

The Quarterly Journal of Speech Education for February, 1924, contains an article by Mr. W. E. Utterback entitled "Psychological Approach to the Rhetoric of Speech Composition."
