PHI BETA KAPPA ELECTS NEW OFFICERS

Officers of the Phi Beta Kappa society elected at the last meeting of the society to serve throughout the present college year are President, Professor A. K. Hardy '94; VicePresidents, Dean Craven Laycock '96, Messrs. Arthur Fairbanks '86, Edward T. S. Lord '91, Judge Louis S. Cox '96, and Rev. H. J. Chidley '06; Secretary-Treasurer, Harold G. Rugg '06. The Executive Committee will consist of the President, the Secretary, and Professors E. B. Watson '02, C. A. Proctor '00, and W. H. Murray '02.

The date of the annual business meeting of the society was changed from Commencement time to the week of February 22. There will, however, still be a meeting at Commencement time when men may be initiated.

Professor Hardy and Mr. Rugg represented the Dartmouth chapter of Phi Beta Kappa at the 15th National Council held in New York City Sept. 8.
