New York University came to Hanover on January 14 and gathered but 14 points while Dartmouth's Wachter coached five was amassing 34. The result of the game was never in doubt after the first few minutes of play.

Friedmann turned in three pretty baskets in the course of his work. Captain Goas exhibited some clever defensive play and found time to tally twice although he was used in only half the game. Coach Wachter started the same five which faced Yale at the opening whistle but by means of group substitutions tried two other combinations during the evening. The substitutes used were Corregan, Douglas, Macdonald, Milner, Oliver, and Reber.
