Dartmouth 1928 23—Princeton 1928 15

Following the disastrous trip mentioned above the Freshmen came back and closed their official season in a satisfactory manner by winning from the Tiger yearlings in a curtain raiser for the Princeton-Dartmouth game in Hanover on February 28. Coach Stark presented a somewhat changed lineup and contrary to his usual custom made no substitutions during the game.

Captain Reece with his teammates, Ellis, Langdell, Turner and Zanger displayed a brand of basketball which augurs well for the success of next year's varsity.
