The twenty-second annual meeting and dinner of the Thayer Society was held at the Machinery Club, New York city, on the evening of January 19, 1926. Forty-four members attended.

The membership of the Society is now 422, 83 percent of the'living alumni. Contributions for the year were $6,500 for the current expenses of the Thayer School (Robert Fletcher Fund), and $600 as a revolving loan fund for Thayer School students.

Resolutions were passed, completing a plan providing for the nominations of members of the board of overseers by the Thayer Society in alternate years.

The meeting voted to continue the Robert Fletcher Fund another year.

The guests and principal speakers of the evening were Director Emeritus Robert Fletcher and Dean R. R. Marsden.

Elections for the coming year were: executive committee, C. F. Goodrich 'O6, P. L. Thompson 'O9, F. H. Munkelt 'O9, F. E. Cudworth 'O2, R. E. Adams '2O; advisory board, C. R. Main 'OB, H. E. Plumer 'O3, Prof. A. P. Richmond 'l5.
