The class will be shocked to read elsewhere in this issue of the death of Henry Nichols Sanborn, who passed away suddenly at Bridgeport, Conn. The Secretary is greatly indebted to Kendall Banning for the clippings from the Bridgeport papers which tell of Henry's great success as librarian in that city. These clippings have been inserted in the class records.

Robert C. Clark, commissioner of banking and insurance of the state of Vermont, was one of the judges for the first evening of the "Kake Walk," the annual social function of the University of Vermont.
