Craig Thorn: "My son, the class baby, isnow an alderman and a father. Perhaps Iam the class grandfather. My granddaughter was born June iS this year, that is 1933.She is Barbara Lee and a dandy fine younglady."

Dick Beattey is spending the winter at the Breakers, Palm Beach, Fla. His is delaying his usual summer trip to Newfoundland for fishing in order to make the reunion. That's a real sacrifice. Ask Cad Cummings or Joe Worthen.

Jack Childs: "Regarding reunion plans,we might have an evening where some ofthe old-time talent would put on a show.Of course on such an occasion we wouldmiss Freddie Morawski. Maybe this couldbe pulled off at the time of the class dinner(keg party?). Most birds who have been outof college twenty-five years begin to takethemselves seriously and imagine theweight of the world is on their shoulders. The only weight that most of 'em have isaround the waist. It might be a good ideato set aside one evening for 'beef' night, where the old cliques could get togetherand sit around like they used to do in college. Tell Willie Laughlin I'll have a freshpackage of 'bull' and some cigaret papers,so he can bum all he wants to."

Tom Parker, Chet Brett, Frank Austin, Clark Saville, Howard Spaulding, Harry Floyd, Sandy Hooker, Sam Bell, Reggie Bankart, Cad Cummings, Mike Farley, Ingie Fearing, Dan Watson, Phil Chase, Joe Worthen, Bob Burns, Jim Driscoll, Phil Avery, Freddie Carroll, Frank Williams, and Bob Holmes attended the Boston alumni dinner, and most of them were present at a discussion of reunion plans immediately preceding and while the planning was good. It costs too much money to tell you much of anything about reunion plans outside the columns of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE and we haven't the money to spend anyway, so that by the time you get this it will be about the last chance you'll have to say what you want.

To reiterate, the program now constituted is as follows:—Friday evening, June 15, President and Mrs. Hopkins' reception to alumni and faculty, followed by commencement ball; class assembly at Middle Fayerweather with the piano and a keg of beer; Saturday morning, June 16, alumni parade to baseball game; Saturday noon, Alumni Luncheon in the gymnasium; Saturday afternoon, Class Day exercises, fraternity reunions, golf, etc.; Saturday evening, performance by the Players in Webster Hall (for the ladies), keg party (for the men); Sunday morning, June 17, golf, etc.; Sunday noon, clambake; Sunday evening, concert by the Musical Clubs in Webster Hall; Monday, June 18, Commencement exercises in the Bema (Stanley D. Leighton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley W. [Plum] Leighton, is a senior).

There will be class dues of from $10 to $12.50 for each man to pay, for the keg party, clambake, publicity, miscellaneous small expenses, and some sort of an inexpensive costume, possibly a hat or light sweater for the men. There is no additional charge if you bring along one or more wives and children,—just $10 to $12.50 per man. Your officers have questioned all the members of the class they could lay hands on, individually and collectively, and put all suggestions to vote, with the above plan as the result. Now if you don't like it, this is your last chance to write the Secretary giving any suggestions or criticisms that you have in mind, for submission to the committee, and if you haven't any improvements to offer, write anyhow and be there.

We have heard so far from 84 men out of about 200, with the following results: Returning—Frank Austin, Phil Avery, Dick Beattey, Sam Bell, Curly Blake, Chet Brett, Wilbur Bull, Bob Burns, Harry Burroughs, Reggie Bankart, Freddie Carroll, Phil Chase, Ed Chappelear, Jack Childs, Asher Clement, Phil Cole, Cad Cummings, Slim Cummings, Lindley Dean, Jim Driscoll, Ben Dudley, Mike Farley, Ingie Fearing, Harry Floyd, Ed Ford, Art Graves, Herb Hawes, Jesse Hawley, Sid Hazelton, Curtis Hilliard, George Hinckley, Bob Holmes, Bill Holzer, Sandy Hooker, Plum Leighton, Dick Locke, Jake Mason, Mickie McLane, Hal Murchie, Al Newton, Al Noyes, George Oliphant, Frank O'Brien, Tom Parker, Roscoe Pearl, Hal Prescott, Sawny Reagan, Earle Rogers, Clark Saville, Ben Scully, Curt Sheldon, Win Smith, Howard Spaulding, Bob Stone, Art Swenson, Craig Thorn, Dan Watson, Gordon Weinz, Ced Wellsted, Vernon West, Heinie Whitcomb, Frank Williams, and Joe Worthen.
