Alumni may be interested in the following clipping from The Dartmouth which announces another evidence of progress and the spread of civilization in Hanover:

"His mail may be addressed to A. I. Cacioppo in fact it is so addressed—but to thousands of Dartmouth men Hanover's most popular barber has been known simply as 'Tony,' the genial and soft-handed wielder of the Rubberset who for more than a dozen years has cut the hair and shaved the beards and washed the ears of undergraduates and faculty alike.

"Since he first came to Hanover in 1913 Tony' has presided over the second chair at the Inn Barber Shop and during the past year, at his home on Lebanon street has, in addition, supervised the bobbing and beautifying of Hanover's maids and matrons.

On Monday 'Tony' will open over Campion's Smoke Shop his own establishment, where he will have two rooms, one for the barber shop and one for the beauty parlor, and where he will employ several people to assist him."
