Mrs. Martha Cilley Bouton Clarke, widow of Arthur E. Clarke, formerly publisher of the Mirror and Farmer, died March 31 at her home in Manchester, N. H. Mrs. Clarke was the first and only president of the New Hampshire Society of Colonial' Dames of America, and the first state regent of the New Hampshire Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
