Announcement is made by the American Field Service Fellowships for French Universities, Inc., that a limited number of fellowships for advanced study in France will be awarded for the year 1928-29. Each will carry a stipend of $1200 and will be tenable for one year, with possibility of renewal for a second year if circumstances are favorable. The fellowships will be awarded only to college graduates who have practical ability in the use of French books, both in general subjects and in their own special fields.
