FLORIDA ASSOCIATION

The annual meeting of the Florida Association was held at the Hotel Soreno, St. Petersburg, on Thursday evening, February 24, with the largest attendance so far, there being 51 present, as against 48 last year and 15 at the opening meeting in 1924.

Dean Laycock represented the College, and spoke effectively of the educational policy of the College, its building program, and its financial standing. Prof. Edwin B. Frost '86 of the Chicago University faculty spoke briefly, and W. S. Carter of Lebanon, N. H., also spoke a few words. Moving pictures of the Outing Club were shown.

At the election of officers, Frank S. Dodge 11, manager of the Soreno, was re-elected president, and John C. Allen '23, manager of the University Club, secretary-treasurer.
